Samsung review at PCMag

PC Magazine has published their review of the Samsung Q1. Warning... if you really love Tablet PCs the best thing for you is to do not read this review. That's all I have to say. Anyway, here are some of the comments that I found interesting:
  • The portable has a scroll button that lets you scroll horizontally and vertically, but that's it. There's no pointing stick or touchpad to move the mouse cursor around the screen, which is frustrating. - This is an advantage that the TabletKiosk eo has over this unit.

  • I did find the speakers surprisingly good for such a small unit. They even support virtual surround sound for movies - This is not what Personal Computer World thinks about these speakers.

  • It will be tough to play any PC gaming titles, though, without a built-in mouse and keyboard - I think that he right in this point. And again, the eo V7110 could be a better choice for gamers.

I have to add, that the author of this review rated the Q1 two and a half, but the Motion LS800, that is in my opinion one of the best Tablet PC in the market was rated in the same amount.
