I have been thinking and, excuse my French, that the whole Solar Project in Europe is a mental masturbation. 
So I have started to look for some more "European" alternative to help our friend Steve is his project and thanks to Clipset.net I found this very useful way to charge a phone.
Orange commissioned gotwind to build a working mobile phone wind charger prototype.
The timescale was just 4 weeks, which coincided with the world famous U.K Glastonbury music festival of which Orange is a key sponsor
Probably Steve's Sponsors can commission Gotwind with a wind charger for UMPCs
