No, it's not the name of a new movie, it's the time that took AT&T to restore my phone service. But that's not all, according to the technician when he ran the first test to the detect where the lines were broken he found that the problem was right there in the same office! In another words, They could have fixed it in a few minutes when they received my first call. But they are not running continuity tests when they receive a call. The funny thing is that they checked my lines for tone. On that moment they could had one of the office technician run a test to find the distance where the cables were broken and write that down in my ticket. In my case that distance was so short that there was not any other possibility than a problem right there in the office.
To think that you pay a lot of money for this kind of service.
