New video driver for Amtek T700

VIA has just released new video drivers for VN800 UniChrome Pro integrated graphics, the same video chip used in our Amtek T700 aka TabletKiosk eo v7110 devices. I have not tested/installed these drivers yet and I could not find any information about what is new in these drivers or what has been fixed.
