is the iPod Touch a MID?

itouch_tppcIf it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, I would call it a duck. It has a closed OS, it allows you to browse the Web and send emails and it has touch screen of less than 5 inches. Every thing within the parameters described by Intel for this concept.

So what do you think, is the iPod Touch a MID?
