I purchased my Win7 upgrades directly from the Microsoft store. I opted for the shipped versions of the packages since I am old-fashioned like that. I, however, did not get free shipping.
Is the free shipping maybe only for downloads (since there would be no shipping)? Or only at specific outlets?
the free shipping may not be available in all stores. Neweegs is offering it but not to all states.
